Research Division

The ICJI Research Division serves as the state’s Statistical Analysis Center (SAC). The Institute is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and disseminating data on a variety of justice system and public safety-related topics. The information produced by the Institute serves a vital role in effectively managing, planning, and creating policy for Indiana’s many public safety endeavors. The Research Division supplies internal and external stakeholders with quality research and associated technical assistance.

The citations dashboards are divided into six different citation types: Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), Seatbelts, Hands Free, Speeding, Car Seats, and Car Seat Vouchers. Bail, Pretrial Release and Rearrest Annual Report
