If you have an Indiana court order to suspend your license due to failing to pay child support, you will need to call the Indiana Child Support Bureau at (317) 234-6239 or (317) 234-5700. If the court order is coming from another state, you will need to contact that state's Child Support Bureau.

If you have received two or more traffic offenses within a 12 month period, or two or more traffic offenses when less than 21 years of age, you are required to complete a BMV-certified Driver's Safety Program.
