Failure to Pay Child Support
If you have an Indiana court order to suspend your license due to failing to pay child support, you will need to call the Indiana Child Support Bureau at (317) 234-6239 or (317) 234-5700. If the court order is coming from another state, you will need to contact that state's Child Support Bureau.
Once the BMV receives your documentation, it can take up to 14 days to be processed and applied to the account.

If you have received two or more traffic offenses within a 12 month period, or two or more traffic offenses when less than 21 years of age, you are required to complete a BMV-certified Driver's Safety Program. Once the BMV receives your documentation, it can take up to 14 days to be processed and applied to the account.
