Pursuant to IC 4-5-10-2 the agency collects fees for electronic, expedited, and enhanced public and commercial access to information maintained by the Secretary of State. “Enhanced Access” fees collected by the agency in connection with notary public applications, training and continuing education range from $5 to $89.55.
