SHIP helps you grow your network of supports and services and increases preventative benefits that keep your community healthier.

You can refer your Medicare beneficiaries to SHIP for help with:

• Reviewing and selecting their options and benefits, including coverage for the medications they need.
• Transitioning between plans without losing coverage.
• Applying for financial assistance to pay Medicare premiums, deductibles, and copayments.
• Troubleshooting billing issues and submitting appeals.

SHIP has offices throughout Indiana for local help for people with Medicare, and we are always looking for new partnerships.
