Description of rule 10-26-2022

Amends 844 IAC 11-1-2 concerning an address change. Amends 844 IAC 11-1-6 to update the definition of "professional incompetence". Amends 844 IAC 11-4-5 concerning incompetent practice. Amends 844 IAC 11-4-6 concerning unprofessional conduct. Amends 844 IAC 11-5-1 concerning updating bureau to licensing. Amends 844 IAC 11-5-3, 844 IAC 11-5-4, and 844 IAC 11-5-5 concerning continuing education. Repeals 844 IAC 11-1-5, 844 IAC 11-3-2, 844 IAC 11-3-3, 844 IAC 11-3-3.1, and 844 IAC 11-3-4. Statutory authority: IC 25-34.5-2- 7.
