Description of rule

Adds 856 IAC 1-43 concerning ephedrine and pseduoephedrine. This rule will establish requirements concerning the sale of products containing ephedrine and pseudoephedrine by pharmacists.  The rule will establish requirements regarding "conversion resistant" and "extraction resistant" products containing ephedrine and pseudoephedrine.
