Effective July 1, 2024, we will no longer accept paper applications for transfers:

The following transfers must be completed on INBIZ.  Please sign in to your Access Indiana account at access.in.gov and click on the INBIZ link.

  • Active to Unassigned
  • Active to Inactive
  • Active to Referral
  • Unassigned to Active
  • Inactive to Referral
  • Referral to Inactive

At this time the following must be completed through a paper application. They will be available online soon:

  • Managing broker wants to transfer out of the MB position or company.
  • Broker is wanting to be the managing broker of a company.
  • Inactive to Active status
  • Referral to Active

To file a complaint against a provider, please use the link below. All complaints are investigated by the Attorney General's Office and are confidential unless formal charges are filed by the Attorney General's Office with the Board. For more information, the Attorney General's Office may be contacted at 317-232-6201.
