- Please note that the Real Estate Commission does not have reciprocity agreements with any state. If you are actively licensed in another state, you can submit your application via Endorsement to request that the Commission review your application and other state license information to see if it is equivalent to Indiana’s requirements. This process may take a while, as a Commission Member must review your licensing state’s requirements and then make a recommendation to the full Commission. The Commission will then determine if they will approve your application or not. If they do not approve it, you will be given the option to change to the Examination obtained by method. Please note that this is not a fast process.
