Stucker Fork Conservancy District received approval of new water rates in IURC Cause No. 46167 in July 2025. The district provides service in Scott, Jefferson, Jackson, Jennings, Washington, and Clark Counties.
The Commission's final order approved a settlement agreement among the district, the OUCC, and Morgan Foods.

The OUCC issued a media release on Jan. 30, 2025 to invite written public comments for the case record. Stucker Fork's previous water rates received IURC approval in 2018.
