St. Anthony Water Utilities, Inc. provides service in Dubois County. It received IURC approval of new rates and charges in a July 27, 2022 order. The utility's previous rates were established in 1991.
Under the order, the monthly water bill for a residential customer using 5,000 gallons will rise from $44.05 to $67.41.
The OUCC issued a Feb. 16, 2022 news release to invite public comments in the case. OUCC staff filed testimony on Apr. 25, 2022 (Malan, Dellinger, & Seals) recommending a reduction to the requested increase.
