The IURC approved new base rates for Pleasantview Utilities in March 2025. The utility provides water and sewer services in a portion of Fayette County.
The OUCC issued a December 2024 media release to invite public comments in the rate cases.
An IURC investigation is currently pending as Cause No. 46220.
