Everton Water Corporation received approval of new rates in a Mar. 26, 2025 IURC order.
The OUCC filed its report with recommendations on Dec. 20, 2024.
The utility requested the increase through the state's Small Utility Filing Procedure, which is aimed at reducing rate case expenses while not reducing the standard of review by the OUCC and IURC.

The utility's previous rates were approved in August 2016 under Cause No. 44744.
