A settlement agreement between the Town of Chandler and the OUCC has received Commission approval, setting new rates.

Written consumer comments were invited through Dec. 13, 2024. The OUCC's Nov. 21, 2024 media release has more information.
The IURC approved Chandler's current water rates in 2019.
Municipal sewer utilities are exempt from IURC oversight. Locally elected city and town councils approve their rates.
