Indiana Medicaid provides coverage to the aged, blind, and disabled through three programs. You can learn about each program by clicking on the links below:

- Hoosier Care Connect – for most aged, blind, and disabled individuals eligible for coverage
- Indiana PathWays for Aging - for eligible Hoosiers age 60 and older (Began July 1, 2024)
