- Any body clamp is broken or missing.
- Crossmember is cracked or broken
- Frame is deteriorated, cracked, broken or severely bent.
- There are loose, broken, or missing mountings
- Shock absorber is broken or missing
- Spring hanger bushings or torque leaf bushings are worn, loose, broken or missing
- Shackles are worn, loose, broken, cracked or missing
- Center bolt is loose, cracked, sheared or missing
- "U" bolts are loose, broken, or missing
- Coil springs, torque rods or torsion bars are broken or missing
- There are any cracks in any steering component.
- There is an air leak from any hose, line, tank, bag, or other component of an air suspension system
- Front turn signal does not function properly
- Headlight is inoperative.
- Washers do not function properly in any manner
- The service door does not open or close properly
- Step covering is loose, buckled, or made of a material other than rubber (i.e. rugs, carpets, mats, etc.)
- The bus body has loose, damaged or improperly aligned body parts. These would include rivets, bolts, and body panels and/or rub rails.
- There is body damage which could cause injury to persons near the bus (i.e. jagged metal edges, etc.).
- Glass or glazing is broken through or missing
