• Tires are cut, weathered, cracked, have lumps, or breaks that expose the cord
• Any rear tire has less than 2/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves

• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired

• The seat belt cutter is contained in a compartment.
• Taillights are not the same on both sides (either LED or standard

• The strobe light is inoperative

• Not securely mounted
• Any front tire has less than 4/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves
• There is no brake certification form the certification is expired or is not signed within the six-month requirement
• The trash container is not secured to prevent movement and does not allow for easy removal and replacement

• Any shock absorber is leaking fluid

• There is any defect which the inspector feels would adversely affect the ability of the vehicle to stop safely.
• Seat back or bottom is loose.
• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired.
• Shock absorber is leaking fluid
• There are loose, broken, or missing mountings

• Audible warning device, when required, is not working properly. Buzzers are required after 5-2-94
• Any push-rod travel measures less than 1/4 inch beyond the readjustment limit.
• Lens is cracked, broken or discolored
