• Any front turn signal does not function properly

• There is no brake certification, or the certification has expired or is not signed

• There is evidence of damage or rust-through

• The bus body has loose, damaged or improperly aligned body parts. These would include rivets, bolts, and body panels and/or rub rails
• Step-well area is weakened

• There is evidence of damage or rust-through.
• There is a significant leak from the engine or transmission onto the exhaust system which could potentially cause a fire.
• A dripping oil or fluid leak.

• Required back-up lights do not function.
• There is no brake certification, the certification has expired, or is not signed within the six month requirement.

• The first aid kit is not properly displayed.
• The first aid kit is not properly filled.
• ABS warning light is illuminated.

• Paint is badly faded or peeling.
• The handle guard is missing or bent.
• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired.

• Audible warning device, when required, is not working properly. Buzzers are required after 5-2-94
• Exhaust leak occurs in the exhaust system prior to the muffler outlet.
