The study, which was due by legislation to be completed by Nov. 1, has been submitted to the State Budget Committee in accordance with SB 43, and is now available for public review

The Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) inquiry regarding the Casino Relocation Study performed by Spectrum Gaming Group (Spectrum) that was presented to the State Budget Committee on October 29, 2025, and posted on the IGC website thereafter.
