Internet Self Restriction Program

The Indiana Internet Self-Restriction Program (ISRP) enables individuals to request to be barred from participating in licensed mobile sports wagering in Indiana.

Pursuant to Indiana Code 4-38, a person may enroll in the Internet Self-Restriction Program (ISRP). The ISRP applies only to mobile sports wagering.

A person may, upon the expiration of the selected term of voluntary exclusion, request removal of his or her name from the Internet Self-Restriction Program (ISRP).  The Request for Removal form shall be completed at the IGC office in Indianapolis, an Indiana casino location, by US mail or online on the IGC’s website. A person making a request for removal by US mail must properly complete the form, and submit it to the Indiana Gaming Commission, 101 W. Washington St., East Tower, Suite 1600, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204. A copy of valid government issued photo identification must be included for the removal application to be accepted and approved.  The person is not removed from the ISRP until the IGC accepts this form and notifies the person in writing that he/she is removed from the IRSP.
