Background
IC 4-22-2-17 requires the IDOI to stream and archive public hearings and meetings in which the IDOI receives comments and concerning a rulemaking action from the general public. Per IC 5-14-1.5-2.9(f)(1) recordings will remain available for at least 90 days.
