- Filed Owner's policy rates for the following Amount of Coverage: $50,000; $100,000; $150,000; $200,000; $250,000; $350,000; $500,000.
- Discounts Offered when issuing title policy in case of a Refinance, Reissue or New Home Construction (if criteria met) (Criteria Example: Reissue Discount may only apply when policy is to be issued on real property currently insured by an owner's policy issued within the last 10 years)
- Simultaneously Issued Loan Policy rate is charged when a Loan Policy (protects Lender) is issued in addition to the Owner's Policy (protects Buyer) simultaneously.
- Endorsement charges for two to three endorsements, on average, apply depending on mortgage requirements. Please check with the Insurer to determine Endorsements that may apply. (Endorsement rate information shown may not apply to commercial transactions or unique circumstances)
