NAIC OPTins
Your OPTins login ID was changed August 1, 2025, to use Okta, a secure Single Sign-On platform with Multi-Factor Authentication. Your previous OPTins login credentials no longer work. If you haven't logged into OPTins for over 90 days, your password may also be expired. To prevent delays with this year's filing, please log in using your Okta ID before December ends and follow our website instructions at https://content.naic.org/sites/default/files/help-mfa-forgot-password.pdf to reset your ID.

Annual renewal fees and premium taxes are required to be filed electronically via the NAIC OPTins system in accordance with Bulletin 264. OPTins helps facilitate the processing of quarterly estimated tax, annual premium tax and annual renewal fee filings. Utilizing OPTins allows a company to schedule submission of filings prior to or on the due date. A company will need to allow at least 6-8 weeks for setting up an account in the OPTins system.
