Scope and Content

Covid pandemic-related documentation from the DOR Communications team, including internal and external operational communications, agency announcements, reporting documents, work-from-home and return to work messaging, procedures, and forms, OMB weekly communications, and customer service planning and procedures mainly related to billing, filing, payments, and appeals for Indiana taxpayers. There is a mix of file types, including individual Outlook messages. PLEASE NOTE that while the majority of files are entirely public (many were posted on the DOR website), the "Provision Reporting Template" is labeled Confidential. Email messages will be reviewed prior to releasing them.

The records include curated email inbox .pst files for the following five Communications staff members: Emily Boesen, Grace Bultman, Julie Fletcher, Kirstie Reed, and Michelle Cain. The agency pulled down only materials related to the pandemic for each individual into pre-designed folder hierarchies (by month); each one contains a small number of emails but may have many empty folders.
