- PCHD provided 251 chronic disease prevention screenings and referrals, including: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer, BMI, and food insecurity
- PCHD provided training related to Trauma and Injury prevention to 249 people, including CPR and Water Safety
- PCHD performed 15 infectious disease services including investigating outbreaks, identifying outbreak pathogen, and referrals to care for HepC
- PCHD supported the local school by providing them with 96 hygiene supplies
