ECHO Virtual Learning Opportunities

What is Project ECHO?
ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is an innovative telementoring program designed to build virtual learning communities by connecting front-line workers with experts and peers through videoconference technology. The program features short presentations and case-based discussions, promoting an "all learn, all teach" model that fosters shared knowledge and collaborative problem-solving.
Registration is now open for 2025!
The goal of this series is to provide support and promote increased clinical competence of the healthcare team in treating perinatal pregnant individuals and infants impacted by opioid use disorder across the state so they can receive the treatment they require to thrive.
Topics will include:
- Stigma Reduction
- SUD, Pregnancy, and Lived Experience
- Medications for OUD in Pregnancy * Screening, Testing, Diagnosis Labor and Delivery
- Polysubstance Use and Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions
- Legal Overview of Child Welfare and SUD/DCS

Best Practices for Treating Pregnant, Postpartum Individuals, and Infants Impacted by OUD ECHO
