On July 9th, 2015, from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. in Conference Center Room A of the Indiana Government Center South, FSSA provided the opportunity for the public to provide meaningful comment on the progress of the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) demonstration. FSSA provided information regarding the progress of the HIP demonstration and listened to public comments.

HIP 2.0 special meeting agenda

This special meeting of the Medicaid Advisory Committee is required to meet federal public notice and public hearing requirements in the submission of the Health Indiana Plan 2.0 (HIP 2.0) renewal waiver. The current HIP 2.0 waiver expires on January 31, 2018. The state will be submitting the renewal waiver on or before January 31, 2017. The meeting will provide an opportunity for committee members and the public to review the renewal waiver and provide comment before submission, as required in federal regulations pursuant to 42 CFR 431.408(a)(3).
