	Rhonda Marcum | Director of DHHS Rhonda Marcum has been the Director of DHHS since 2004.  Prior to that she worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for Vocational Rehabilitation. Her extensive experience in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing field has made her a tremendous asset as DHHS’ leader.
	Davina Brimmer | Outreach Program Director Davina joined DHHS in 2022. Prior to that she worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Her knowledge of the Deaf Community’s values and needs is a true asset as Rhonda’s assistant and the Outreach and Training department’s leader.
	Laura Genrich-Perkins | Outreach Program Coordinator Laura has been with DHHS since June 2012. She has worked in several fields assisting Deaf and Hard of Hearing consumers. Laura’s knowledge of Deaf and Hard of Hearing community needs, case management services and hearing technologies is a true asset to DHHS and the Outreach Department.
	Kellyeanne Norrod | Accommodations Program Director Kellyeanne joined DHHS in 2017. She is a nationally certified interpreter since 2001. Her experience in the interpreting profession, provides valuable insight with communication accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing participants for Vocational Rehabilitation and state agencies throughout Indiana.
	Maria Byars | Accommodations Program Coordinator Maria joined DHHS in 2019. Prior to that she was a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Coordinator for many years. Her expertise in organization and technology research is a true benefit for DHHS.  She is the scheduler/coordinator for VR participants, staff and Hoosiers who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
