Eric McGinnis – Disabled American Veterans
U.S. Army veteran and retired Department of Veterans Affairs leader with over 20 years of dedicated service to Indiana’s veterans. He led multiple VA teams in claims, outreach, and appeals, consistently exceeding performance goals and improving service delivery. A recipient of the ICARE Award and National LEAD Program mentor, he holds degrees in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University and Vincennes University.
