ESC (Federal) partners with FEMA in Cooperating Technical Partner program, the Polis Center, and other partners on the creation and maintenance of floodplain mapping products that are critical pieces of floodplain management on a local, state and federal level. As LOMR Review Partners on behalf of FEMA, reviews Letter of Map Revision requests and coordinates extensively with FEMA and their contractors to ensure reviews are timely and thorough.  Please find additional information below.
