The following matrices, extracted from the Lake Michigan Coastal Program and Final Environmental Impact Statement April 2002, identify regulatory and non-regulatory programs used to manage Indiana's coastal resources. General standards and criteria for the implementation of the programs are included in the matrix and should only be used as a guide. Complete information regarding standards and criteria for a specific program can be found by reading the corresponding statutes and rules, or by contacting the agency identified in the matrix for that program. Non-regulatory programs are not applicable to federal consistency review. Those regulatory programs applicable to federal consistency procedures are identified in the matrix. Indiana statutes and rules can also be found at http://www.in.gov/legislative/ic/code/
