Description of rule

Amends 465 IAC 2-14-6 to corrects name of federal program to John H. Chafee Foster Care Program for Successful Transition to Adulthood. Amends 465 IAC 2-14-9 minimum age of definition from 15 to 14 years of age. Amends 465 IAC 2-14-10 minimum age of eligibility from 15 years and 6 months to 14 years of age. Amends 465 IAC 2-14-14 maximum age of eligibility under section (b) from 21 to 23 years of age. Statutory Authority: IC 31-25-2-18 and IC 31-25-2-21. Amends 465 IAC 2-15.1-7 maximum age of definition from 20 to 21 years of age. Amends 465 IAC 2-15.1-9 age eligibility requirements under (3)(B) from 20 to 21 years of age. Amends 465 IAC 2-15.1-14 maximum age eligibility from 20 to 21 years of age. Amends 465 IAC 2-15.1-18 maximum age range from 20 to 21 years of age. Statutory Authority: 31-28-5.8-9
