Court of Appeals Vacancy

The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications for a vacancy on the Court of Appeals. The position on the state's second highest court will become available when Judge Patricia Riley, representing the fourth appellate district, retires this summer.

There will be two vacancies from this area of the state this year. The Commission will consider your application for both vacancies, and there is no need to submit an additional application. If you choose to opt out from consideration on the second vacancy, please contact Larry Newman at Larry.Newman@courts.in.gov.
