A blank Property Tax Clearance Schedule - Form 1 can be found at the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission site.
While we do not charge a fee for signing and sealing the alcohol permit, we do require all taxes to be current. Please contact the Treasurer's Office for more information.
NOTE: All Property Tax Clearances (Alcohol Permits) and Mobile Home Permits must be in our office by 2:30pm to be processed the same day. Any permit requests submitted after 2:30pm will be processed the following business day.
