Tuition Reimbursement:
The Office of the Indiana Attorney General is committed to personal and professional growth of its employees. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for educational assistance for courses which are required for completion of a certificate, training or educational institution. Reimbursement will be made per the following schedule:
- 0-1 years of service with the Attorney General’s office 1,000 per calendar year
- 1+ years of service with the Attorney General’s office $5,250 per calendar year *
*The amount of time with the Office must be worked prior to the beginning of the class(es) for which the employee is seeking reimbursement.

Each full-time OAG employee is allotted one paid day – 7.5 hours split as they see fit, to volunteer time with any organization that is exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501 ©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The employee’s voluntary activities must not promote religion or attempt to influence legislation, governmental policy, or elections.
