Deputy Assistant IT Director
About the IOT Desktop Support Team:
The Desktop Support Team is the first line of diagnostics for both hardware and software issues on a user’s computer. They provide support for authorized users across multiple state agencies. Tracking equipment locations, installing/decommissioning equipment, resetting/applying the base image, installing software, and working with specialty equipment setups are some of the daily responsibilities. Customer service is a large part of the team, technicians will have remote or onsite contact with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Senior Database Architect
Role Overview:
The Senior Database Architect designs, implements, and manages complex database systems, ensuring their performance, integrity, and security. You will collaborate closely with other IOT Departments and agency stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions. You will also plan for future growth, identify new technologies for adoption by the State, and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other team members.
Senior SQL Database Administrator
About the SQL Database Services Team:
The IOT SQL Data Services team manages the data for most of the State’s agency applications. The Department of Revenue, Family and Social Services, and Department of Transportation are examples of agencies with systems that depend upon this team for maintaining their back-end data. Agency applications are dependent upon timely responses to accurate and secure data.
Windows Systems Administrator Manager
Role Overview:
The Systems Administrator Manager for Windows will work with the Platform Services Team to ensure Windows systems and hardware are properly configured and performing optimally. You will help to define OS software and hardware requirements for the agency and develop policies and procedures.
