Description of rule 1

Adds a new rule concerning convictions of concern.  This rule implements the provisions of IC 25-1-1.1-6 requiring every board, commission, or committee under IC 25 to revise its licensing or certification requirements to explicitly list the convictions of concern that may disqualify an individual from receiving a license; to establish criteria to determine whether an applicant should be denied a license if the applicant has a conviction of conern; and to establish a procedure for an individual to receive a pre-application determination as to whether the individual's criminal history would preclude the individual from obtaining a license.
