Submit Documents
This service is to be used to submit documents for personal applications and all licenses. Pending facility applicants may consult their application instructions for document submission details.
To submit documents for processing, one must first log into their online record.
- To access a personal record for the first time, use Log Into Personal Licensing with Access Indiana to create login credentials.
- To access a facility record for the first time, use Log Into Business Licensing with MyLicense to create login credentials.
- Or login with existing credentials.
Once logged in, select "License Update" and "Continue" in the box of the license/application you wish to attach the document. All documents submitted will be processed in the order of receipt.
