The IURC approved Anderson Municipal Light & Power's (AML&P's) rates in 2014. To review the case's public file, visit the IURC website and enter cause number 44308.
AML&P can also adjust rates due to changes in wholesale power costs. Those costs can only be recovered on a dollar-for-dollar basis. They include OUCC review and IURC approval before taking effect.
As of July 2025, Anderson's average monthly residential electric bill ranks third-lowest among the electric utilities the IURC regulates.
