Each year, the State of Indiana compiles a Consolidated Plan which outlines its strategy to effectively utilize the federal funding it receives from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, which improves living environments and expands economic opportunities in our communities. The Consolidated Plan defines the state's priorities to address these needs in Indiana using available resources, and also serves as a single document to meet planning and submission requirements established by HUD.
The State of Indiana wants to include your feedback in making important decisions about housing and community issues. As a resident of Indiana, you have a valuable perspective that will help us understand your experiences with housing and community needs, which will help shape our funding priorities.
