Court Improvement Program

The Court Improvement Program is a federally funded program made possible by grants awarded to the Indiana Supreme Court from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. The purpose of the CIP is to improve safety, well-being and permanency outcomes for children and families involved in Children in Need of Services (CHINS) and Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) proceedings. Grant Funds are earmarked for basic court improvements, data collection and analysis and training.
