The Court of Appeals of Indiana seeks an Administrator with strong administrative and supervisory skills to provide a full range of administrative services to the 15-member Court. The successful applicant will be a licensed Indiana attorney at the time of hire or by the end of 2017. The proposed starting date is Sept. 1, 2015. The starting salary is $120,000 with benefits similar to all Indiana state government employees. Applications are due no later than April 30, 2015.
Hendricks Superior Court No. 4 has an immediate opening for a full-time Court Reporter. The Court Reporter prepares and maintains the record of court proceedings. The pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 an hour. Applications will be accepted until March 15, 2015.
The Magistrate presides in the Allen Superior Court in civil and small claims cases under the direction and supervisioin of the Judges of the Civil Division of the Allen Superior Court. Application and transcripts must be submitted electronically by 12:30 pm, March 13, 2015.
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for law clerks to work directly with the five Justices of the Court. Each clerk will perform a variety of tasks, including legal research and drafting memorandums. But more importantly, a law clerk for the Supreme Court will become involved in the rich history and traditions of the Court and participate in challenging discussions of contemporary law and events that make up the fabric of the legal system.
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for externs to work directly with three of the five Justices of the Court. Each extern will perform a variety of tasks.
