Today, in Cause No.
42140, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission allowed Diversified
Communications, Inc. to change its name to Hancock Communications, Inc.�
The Commissioners
note that the Indiana Secretary of State has also approved the name change, and
they have been assured that all of the customers have been notified of the name
change.� It is the understanding of the
Commission that the name change will not affect the company�s rates or services
or the terms and conditions of its service.
