NORTHERN INDIANA FUEL & LIGHT RATES TO DECREASE

Today, in Cause 38431 GCA 31, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved a decrease in the gas cost adjustment for the billing cycles of August 2002 through January 2003 requested by Northern Indiana Fuel & light Company, Inc.� The tables below show the impact on customers.
