GAS PRICES DROP SLIGHTLY FOR CUSTOMERS OF INDIANA UTILITIES CORPORATION

Customers served by Indiana Utilities Corporation. will see their bills drop this quarter.

Today, in Cause No. 37357 GCA 44,� the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved a decrease in the company�s Gas Cost Adjustment for the next� three months beginning November 1, 2001.� The tables below show the impact on customers.������
