  • There are loose items that would create a hazard. (Broom, Scraper, Items on dash etc.)
  • Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired
  • Any seat back or bottom is loose
  • If equipped the emergency warning buzzer does not sound
  • If the emergency window instructions are illegible or missing. Must be within 6 inches of the release handle
  • Audible warning device, when required, is not working properly. Buzzers are required after 5-2-94
  • There is no seat belt cutter in the vehicle
  • The first aid kit is not complete: One (1) package adhesive bandages; containing a total of sixteen (16) 1" x 3" bandages, 1 roll 1”x5yd, 1 blunt scissor, 6 3x3” gauze pads (sterile), 4 2”x5yd gauze stretch material (nonsterile), 3 oval eye pads (sterile), 2 triangular bandages, 1 instruction.
  • A heater motor is not operating properly
  • Any marker light or lens is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative
