• Emergency windows are not installed when required (Pre-2015 Type A1's are exempt)
• Any clearance light is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative
• The bus is not inspected per Indiana State Law, including but not limited to failing to appear for a scheduled inspection.
• Not securely mounted
• The reflective material is placed anywhere other than on the front and rear, or both, of the bus between the warning lamps; each side beltline, seat line, or floor line or all three (3); outlining each required emergency exit; or across the rear of the bus directly above the rear bumper.
• LED type lights have 25% or more of the pixels inoperable in any one light
• If no emergency exit roof hatch (or required amount see IAC 575 1-9-83) is installed on buses built after 1-1-2015
• There are loose items that would create a hazard. (Broom, Scraper, Items on dash etc.)
