• If bus manufactured after 5-2-1994, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly

• If bus manufactured after 5-2-1994, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly

• There is no brake certification, the certification has expired, or is not signed within the six month requirement.

• Any section of the drive shaft is not protected with a metal safety loop.
• Interior is excessively dirty. (Excessive trash or dirt)
• Interior protrusions have sharp edges or corners.
• Prohibited area sign is missing or obscured.
• Prohibited area line is missing or improper.
• The trash container is not securely fastened
• Required lettering is missing or faded.
• There is no brake certification, the certification has expired, or is not signed within the six month requirement.
• Required reflective tape is applied in the wrong location, missing, and wrong width or badly faded
• If required, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly.

• There is no brake certification, the certification is expired, or is not signed within the six-month requirement.
• There is no seat belt cutter in the vehicle.
• Any section of the drive shaft is not protected with a metal safety loop.
• The mirrors do not meet the outside mirror standard as set forth in 575 IAC 1-2-49.
• There are sharp edges or protrusions.
• Required padding is missing
• Seat back or bottom is loose.
• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired.
• Interior protrusions have sharp edges or corners.
• Interior is excessively dirty. (Excessive trash or dirt)
• The trash container is not securely fastened
• The first aid kit is not properly filled.
• There is no brake certification, the certification has expired, or is not signed within the six month requirement.
