• Any front tire has less than 4/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves

• Any tire has low air pressure

• LED type lights have 25% to 49% pixels inoperable in any one light. (NOTE: one letter in the word “STOP” equals one light

• Any seat back or bottom is loose

• Any marker light or lens is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative

• Audible warning device, when required, is not working properly. Buzzers are required after 5-2-94

• LED type lights have 25% or more of the pixels inoperable in any one light
• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired
• Any marker light or lens is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative

• The strobe light is inoperative
• Prohibited area sign is missing or obscured

• Rear seats are too close to the body.
• There are holes in the floor.
• There is no seat belt cutter in the vehicle.
• Switch must be identified to clearly state its purpose and to distinguish it from the other switches.
