• Any front tire has less than 4/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves

• The trash container is not secured to prevent movement and does not allow for easy removal and replacement
• Required back-up lights do not function.
• Any reflector is missing, cracked, faded, or the wrong color.
• Washers do not function properly in any manner

• Any required lettering is missing or faded.

• There is fuel leaking from any point on in the fuel system

• Required back-up lights do not function.

• Any marker light or lens is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative

• One (1) leaf spring is broken under the first two (2) leaves

• Excessive effort is needed to open the emergency door.

• Heater motor is not operating properly.

• One (1) taillight or one (1) brake light does not function

• There is brake fluid leaking at any point.
• Any brake hose is abraded (chafed) through the outer covering to the fabric layer.
• Any brake line or hose has bulged.
