• Any hanger, clamp or bracket is missing, loose or broken

• Required back-up lights do not function.

• Any push-rod travel measures 1/4 inch or more beyond the readjustment limit, or if any two (2) brakes measure less than 1/4 inch beyond the readjustment limit

• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired

• Any lens is cracked, broken or discolored
• The bus body has loose, damaged or improperly aligned body parts. These would include rivets, bolts, and body panels and/or rub rails
• If the horn fails to work intermittently and continuously after the time delay has expired

• Any shock absorber is broken or missing

• There is any movement indicating wear or deterioration in a control arm bushing
• Required back-up lights do not function.

• There is any movement indicating wear or deterioration in a control arm bushing
• One (1) taillight or one (1) brake light does not function

• Any clearance light is missing, cracked, faded, wrong color, or inoperative
• Required back-up lights do not function.

• If required, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly.
• A parking brake lever is not allowed, a plastic/composite material allowing the parking brake knob to be larger and easier to pull is allowed.

• Any component has deteriorated and allows the escape of exhaust gases (with the engine idling and the system unrestricted).

• Floor covering is missing, cut, loose, buckled, bulging or not secure.
• There is debris in the bus. (needs cleaned) includes dirt

• If required, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly.
• Required padding is missing
• Mirror or mirror backs are loose or improperly mounted.
• Wiper blades fail to contact the windshield properly
