• Any hanger, clamp or bracket is missing, loose or broken

• Washers do not function properly in any manner

• Emergency door is not securely fastened to body

• If bus manufactured after 5-2-1994, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly
• There is fuel leaking from any point on in the fuel system

• Any front tire has less than 4/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves

• Reflective glass is cracked, broken, or missing.

• Rear turn signal does not function properly

• The reflective material is improperly installed.
